The president of Southeast University led a delegation to visit University of Wisconsin as invited by the president of University of Wisconsin-Madison Rebecca Blank recently. On behalf of Southeast University, president Zhang signed the cooperation agreement of JRI (Joint Research Institute) in Intelligent Connected Transportation between Southeast University and University of Wisconsin.
According to the agreement, University of Winsconsin and Southeast University are devoted to scientific research relating to Intelligent Internet of Mobility and talents cultivation. Located in Southeast University, the JRI will promote activities in areas of project research, scientific resource sharing, undergraduate cultivation, and academic communication, doing an active part in boosting beneficial coorperation between the two universities.
The JRI will improve our school's overal strengths in intelligent internet of mobility, and will help Southeast University to further walk into the group of world first class universities, together transportation discipline the world first class disciplines.
